Yara is the CEO and the Owner of Deem company for Collective and Development Services initiated on the 4th of April 2016. Yara got a long track record in Monitoring and Evaluation, Capacity Building and Coaching, Strategic planning, and Proposal writing.

A Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor and Consultant with different organizations. Accumulated excellent organizational development and Programs management, feasibility studies, and budgeting skills and training. During her work, Yara applied a results-based approach in designing, implementing, and evaluating programs and projects in different areas while ensuring quality reporting. She has accredited the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Audit Team Leader certificate.

Working as a freelance consultant since 2015 strengthened her experience in monitoring and evaluating different projects and providing strategic advice for the different NGOs and CBOs. In addition to the excellent experience and work in SWOT, PESTEL, and PONAT analysis, conducting focus groups, training and capacity building activities, setting and measuring indicators, and using the participatory approaches of M&E, especially the Scorecard tool.

Human Rights, Equality and Equity, Gender Balance, Transparency, and Honesty are her core values. Based on her belief that being stubborn and honest sometimes brings trouble, insisting on spreading the culture of honesty and transparency to preserve human rights, equity, and equality is the most important step to reaching where you want.
